These are results from other teams. I share them as context for working with agents; they don’t predict the outcome of your project.

Working together: practical questions

Where do we start?

With a one- to two-week discovery phase: I study the problem and your workflows, then propose solution options with time and cost estimates. You decide whether to continue, and the materials stay with you.

What can I help you with?

I help you decide what to build, launch a new product or develop an existing one. I design and build web applications, APIs and integrations, including AI features. I can lead a whole project or own an agreed part of the work alongside your team.

How do we define the scope and the outcome?

We explore the problem, your company’s workflows and users’ needs. We check whether custom development is needed and choose a solution that fits the constraints. We agree on scope, stages and success criteria, then estimate time and cost.

How do we work together?

I learn how your company works and collaborate directly with users and your team. We define the problem together, and I build and deploy the solution in your environment. We use feedback to check whether the product helps people do their work and decide what to do next.

How do I use AI?

I use AI agents in development and remain responsible for engineering decisions and reviewing changes. I can also integrate AI into the product when it helps solve the problem. I check requirements and affected scenarios, and state which checks I could not complete.

What happens after launch?

We can keep developing the product: gathering feedback, choosing the next priorities and shipping changes. Or I can hand it over to your team. We agree on documentation, training, support and the scope of my responsibility in advance.

Working directly together

Your technical partner

I help you choose a solution, build the product and put it into use alongside your team. I can join for a specific project or work with you on continued product development after launch.

Let’s discuss your problem, constraints and the result you need. We’ll decide where to start together.
